Thanks for your response. I was going through these steps and making sure all my drivers were updated and restarting my PC and figured out my issue. DCS does not like it when my racing wheel is set to PS5 mode. Set on PC mode works set on PS5 mode will not launch. Weird, thanks again.

Game has been working fine forever no changes made recently then today it wont launch. I get the DCS world launch screen then it just stays like that. i have done a repairs and a complete reinstall. dcs.log
