I've been practicing trying to air-to-air refuel the SU-33 with absolutely no luck. I can't seem to hold the aircraft steady when nearing the basket. Is there any kind of system guidance that can help or is it all up to the pilot skill. this is the only part I just can't seem to get.

I defiantly have both engines running. It's like the nose wheel steer is on and pointed to the left. Now when I go from forward takeoff point and reposition my self to the rear takeoff point it takes off straight. Will try a few more times.

I just got DCS up and running and have noticed multiple times when on the right side of the ramp on the carrier that when I go to take off it pushes me far left. I have not engaged the nose wheel steer so I'm confused as what is going on.

Where are the NAV, Previous Way Point, and Next Way Point buttons located in the SU-27 cockpit?

What is the difference in the Wheel Break Start & Wheel Break On for the SU-27 & SU-33?

There is no SU-27 or SU-33 in the planes example so what do I do?

So when trying to set up my VIRPIL T50-CM2 grip in DCS I'm wondering which trigger to assign for weapons fire and what to bind the other to to get as close to the SU-27/SU-33.

Could someone tell me what the flip down trigger and the standard trigger are used for in an actual SU-27 & SU-33?

Will the short spring be able to center it with the damper?

Are the SU-27 & SU-33 rudder pedals self centering? When operating the Ace Interceptor pedals, are they meant to be used so you drag your heels on the floor or have your feet off the floor?

I have the Virpil Ace Interceptor Pedals and was wondering what would be the closest setup far as tension to a real SU-27 pedals, the short soft spring or the longer harder spring?

Does anyone know of a chair with a flight stick cutout other than the Monstertech?

Does anyone have the Track IR 5 sensor that is on top of the monitor plugged into the USB on the back of the monitor?

I plan on do mostly single player and some multiplayer.

I've purchased a gaming computer system in the hopes of running DCS in the higher end recommended requirements. The only issue I foresee is my internet speed is around 25 Mbps at best and th recommended requirements are 50Mbps or better. If I run DCS at the 25Mbps will I have issues with trying to run the high graphics and multi player modes?

I've been trying to figure out which would be the best for DCS, an actual gaming monitor or a 4K TV. I've narrowed it down to a ViewSonic 32" OMNI Curved 1440p 1ms 144Hz Gaming Monitor or a Sony 43 Inch 4K Ultra HD TV X85K Dolby Vision HDR and Native 120HZ. The price difference is only $379 more for the TV.

And when you land they are automatically engaged again, correct?

The FOD Intake Grilles, are they automatically engaged and raised when you take off or do you have to engage and retract them manually?

One quick question as I haven't got DCS up and running on my computer as of yet. But in regards to the taxi/landing lights, do they turn on automatically when the gear is down or coming down or do you have to turn them on automatically for the SU-27 & SU-33?

How many of you guys actually have a flight helmet you wear while flying in DCS?

I'm pretty sure I can use some 3M adhesive strips to attach the Pro Clip to the side of the helmet with no issue. Now the questions is how to go about replacing the earphones in the helmet with a USB earphones & mic. I'm sure I'd have to cut the helmet earphones out and some how secure the USB earphones with velcro or something.

I was considering purchasing a used Russian Flight Helmet and was curious if I could put the Track IR 5 (3) hat clip stickers on the helmet. I was looking a putting 2 on the black rubber above the visor and one on the center metal mount. Wondering if the sensor mount would pick them up? The 2 on the rubber wouldn't have the same curvature but the top one still would. Any suggestions or thoughts????
