Thanks for the feedback, I have noticed that the port on the headset moves forward and back and I asked Varjo support if this was normal and they didn't respond to that part of the many questions I asked. I will try this today, thanks again!
Has anybody encountered the "Headset Configuration has Changed Error" with the Aero, I am constantly getting this error after the Aero keeps starting and restarting. I have contacted Varjo Support and the sent me out another headset and I am still having the same issue. They are saying it has something to do with my PC but my Quest 2 and G2 works just fine with my PC. Any helpful feedback will be much appreciated I got this headset in May and I have not had a chance to enjoy it at all.
