  1. Good immersive campaigns should contain things like: Career: Squadrons with named AI members + statistics (kills, #mission, rank etc). They get shot down, get transferred, new ones arrive and so on Pilot photos Promotions + medals News bulletins about the war on a daily or weekly basis Transfer possibilities to other squadrons Continue career in a new campaign / map Dynamic campaign Frontline movement based on mission results Logistics / supply affected by mission results The "Career" part is most important imo and could be used in historical campaigns with more static frontlines.
  2. Yes, https://github.com/DCS-Skunkworks/DCSFlightpanels , it also needs DCS BIOS , https://github.com/DCS-Skunkworks/dcs-bios if you want to use DCS Bios mapping of the switches. Keyboard emulation will work without DCS Bios. If you start up DCS Flightpanels it should detect the panel. If it doesn’t, then there’s a driver issue.
  3. Works fine for me , I use the Logitech drivers + DCS Flightpanel + Switchpanel, Radiopanel and Multipanel. Windows 11.
  4. I finished this campaign yesterday, thumbs up !! Photo recon missions , railyard attacks at treetop level, flak interdiction, Gee bombing simulations and finally a night AI radar intercept where I managed to collide with the FW190 and limp home and land at Manston with the right stabilizer gone (a very shaky experience, the Mossie vibrated violently). Perfect for familiarization with the a/c and the procedures !
  5. Try ”c:\progra~1\steam\steamapps\common\dcsworld” instead of ”c:\program files(x86)\steam…etc” as the DCS path in the plugin config. ..or ”c:\progra~2\steam..."
  6. For me it seemed that my mappings were moved to the FC4 F-86 so I loaded the profiles from that folder.
  7. I guess it depends on the aircraft and how many buttons you need. I have 2 XL's and use the DCS interface for Streamdeck. There are so many profiles made by the community so I simply use those with some minor modifications..I also use the XLs for MSFS (with AxisAndOhs), IL2BOS etc..
  8. I have the triology as e-book in Apple Books on my IPAD .All 3 books cost ~230 SEK.Author : Harry Winter (a pseudonym). In Swedish.
  9. The panels need the DCSFlightpanels software (in keyboard emulation mode) and DCSFlightpanels + DCSBios for direct DCS assignments. https://github.com/DCS-Skunkworks/DCSFlightpanels
