To make a long story short - TGP in the Viper is half-baked. When TGP and HUD TD box don't look at same point - you're in trouble. And from there - all the other things - crosshairs and such. SB11

Sadly, I can not answer this question. TBH, the whole MAV operation in the Viper is a mess. More over - the TD box on the HUD and the WPN page are not aligned (and have been like this for the last 2,3 updates) so when you try to use HUD to look for tgts your WPN page will look elsewhere so the VIS mode is not really usable.????

I have the exact same problem. when in PRE mode first lock and handoff goes OK BUT when you try to slew to another TGT - crosshairs disappear. You can TMS up and get a "C" above the station marker, and fire the MAV and get a hit - but nocross hairs. Funny thing is that after that launch - the crosshairs re-appear... I think the whole TGP-->MAV correlation in PRE mode is messed up (AUTO handoff). It sort of works in first attempt but than it crumbles and becomes useless. WPN page as SOI works though. SB11

I know this has been reported before - but has this issue been solved? i.e TGP marker is at one spot on the MFD, while the TGP HUD marker is pointing at another? Tried "stored heading alignment" but no joy... Any tips here? SB11

having some problems with TWS and SA OK this has been bugging me for some time now... while in TWS mode when establishing a bugged TGT as the range from the TGT decreases the RADAR range decreases automatically too and and I can't expand it back unless I unlock and manually dial it back up. more over the SA mode in the HSD is always giving me all the details - allied flights friends and foes no matter if I set it to NOFR, FLON or so - this make the scope very cluttered... any one got some tips on how to make Viper AA bit more sensible? Ah yes thanx for the tip. I found it and assigned "s" key to it (no buttons left on my boomer stick :( ) but it doesn't seem to change missiles from 120 to AIM 9. is there any other way to do it? SB11

Hi title says it all I'm new to the viper in DCS (been a long time player in Falcon BMS though...) and I've been looking for the MSL STEP option in the control page to assign a key for it - but couldn't find MSL STEP option at all... what am I missing here? Thanx in advance SB11

How massive was youre OC? I'm dealing with factory OC with my card and many crashes but I don't know how deep I should underclock my card to make it stable. thanks in advance SB11

Hi BIGNEWY thanx a lot for the reply My GPU is 2060 SUPER which means it's factory overclocked however, I don't know by how much. having said that, Iknow that the base GPU frequency of the 2060 SUPER is 1470Mhz. I would be happy to know how much underclocking I should do? and having said that too, I've attached a print screen of my afterburner at a whopping 1900+ Mhz playing DCS. I don't know if this is the overclocking kicking in or even how I can turn it down as it's obviously overt the limits as seen on the afterburner panel (~1500 normal and ~1700 boost)
