Me too, I am running DCS 2.9.13.6818. I have tried it three times now with same non result. First time around I skipped to the first refuel, completed the CAS mission, refuelled and then completed the case one but a line of F18 in Baltic Dragon livery (cool by the way) were blocking the taxi in and the marshaller just gave me the stop signal and there was no mission complete message. The 2nd and 3rd time I skipped to the RTB part of the mission and got cleared for a case 3 recovery, landed but with no marshalling and no cue to say mission complete. The last time I left the game running until I flamed out but again no mission complete message. I ended up just editing my logbook lua file to say I completed it (https://forum.dcs.world/showpost.php?p=2180489&postcount=740). I also could not contact the tanker on the way home until I formed on his wing and the dialogue was triggered, at this point the tanker appeared in the comms menu. I feel for you BD, as all these bugs are created outside your control with ED updates yet you are the one who has to clean it up. Love your work man.

I am a goat and did what I should have done in the first place before posting. I ran a clean up and full repair and it seems to have fixed the issue. Unfortunately the clean up deleted the previous track files. Sorry for wasting your time

Yeah, I select the option intent to refuel but nothing goes out. No issues in any of the other missions. The only mod I run is SRS, but I have it disabled when playing solo.

Hey Badger, Loving the campaign so far, but have come to a bit of a brick wall. When told to contact Texaco on aux 4, I bring up the comms menu for comm 2 select the ‘intent to refuel’ option by no radio call goes out. I have double checked the frequency, and tried comm 1 manually tuned as well but no luck (besides when you use the wrong comm, the call goes out but you get no response. The issue I am having is that my call isn’t going out). As a result I cannot refuel and progress the mission. All the campaign canned dialogue still triggers as I approach the tanker. I am pretty sure I am doing nothing wrong (famous last words ) and think it is bugged. Thanks for any help in advance. EDIT: Radio calls will go out if I try contact wingman, just seems to be the tanker.
