Looking at other similar reports it looks like the common thread might be WinWing MIP and multiple displays.

I have a similar issue. Freezes and stutters in the main menu. I think I've narrowed it down to the Saved Games/DCS/Config/Input folder. but I lose my keybinds. It seems I can minimize the stuttering and freezing with keyboard inputs.

Same issue , Jonay. Occasionally I can get it to work on MP with a restart but mostly its borked. Update: Seems that if you load a different mission on the server then load the desired mission it seems to work more often.
