UPDATE: fixed using this

So, immediately after updating DCS to its current version, i get error 0xc0000142 when i launch. I have restarted the PC multiple times, repaired DCS (standalone). Nothing in Event logs or in logs in DCS in the saved games folder. Very frustrated.

Somehow, in the most recent update, the DL in the Viper is completely broken. Even tried connecting two vipers with no luck. Only thing that shows on HSD is SAM threat rings.
