Cant speak for the ejection command working or not, but I know from having done this to a friend that you can reach around as RIO and arm/disarm the pilots ejection seat, then pull the lever regardless of if your own seat is armed or not. so depending on which seats are armed you may become a RIO in a now pilotless plane, or leave your pilot without a RIO or canopy
