There is a community version of F-16 Texture template (by @Texac), which is completely day and night difference in quality compared to original texture template. @Roughmaster Texac's template has updated screws, roughmets and dirt. Matching that with new template probably the only thing that could be updated texture-wise

Hey, Can't figure out what fonts were used here. Best suggestion was that it is aral (see in white), thought it's not really. Anyone was able to match?
