  1. Thanks for the info HC_Official. I now have a batch script running which checks the log file size, kills and restarts the server over and over again until it starts up. Takes between 4-10 tries for it to come back up each time it restarts. Hopefully together with your patch insights ED is able to fix this ASAP. Thanks
  2. same issue still on DCS/2.8.2.35759 only difference is that it now gets stuck on the CPU line first for 2-3 minutes Full Log: 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): Command line: "C:\DCS World OpenBeta Server\bin/DCS.exe" --norender --server 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): DCS/2.8.2.35759 (x86_64; Windows NT 10.0.22000) 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): Application revision: 215759 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): Renderer revision: 23817 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): Terrain revision: 23783 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): Build number: 278 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): CPU cores: 2, threads: 2, System RAM: 25598 MB, Pagefile: 3712 MB 2023-02-16 08:30:20.106 INFO APP (Main): Device hotplug disabled! 2023-02-16 08:30:20.107 INFO EDCORE (Main): (dDispatcher)enterToState_:0 2023-02-16 08:30:20.107 INFO Dispatcher (Main): 2023/2/16 16:30 V1803061700 2023-02-16 08:30:20.189 INFO ASYNCNET (Main): ProtocolVersion: 314 2023-02-16 08:30:20.191 INFO ED_SOUND (Main): Using driver: dummy 2023-02-16 08:30:20.191 INFO ED_SOUND (Main): Found 0 available audio device(s): 2023-02-16 08:30:20.191 INFO Dispatcher (Main): InitLow 2023-02-16 08:30:20.409 INFO EDCORE (Main): Loaded C:/DCS World OpenBeta Server/bin/CockpitBase.dll
  3. Same issue here - DCS/2.8.2.35759 - standalone server Previously I managed to get it to run if I just tried often enough. Now it doe snot want to come up anymore. It hangs first at line: 2023-02-16 08:27:18.690 INFO APP (Main): CPU cores: 2, threads: 2, System RAM: 25598 MB, Pagefile: 3712 MB For around 2-3 minutes, then advances to line: 2023-02-16 08:30:20.409 INFO EDCORE (Main): Loaded C:/DCS World OpenBeta Server/bin/CockpitBase.dll and gets stuck indefinitely there as also reported here: Dried the dll delete, tried repair, tried the empty exe.local file. No joy
  4. The issue still persists on the APAC Rotorheads Server. The server basically freezes before these 2 lines in the log: 2023-01-30 06:32:32.525 INFO ASYNCNET (9764): Login success. 2023-01-30 06:32:33.625 INFO ASYNCNET (9764): Got auth data. What I noticed is that if I try long enough it will work once in a while.....also a restart of the entire server got it going till the next 6 hour server restart in most cases. Quite random and very hard to troubleshoot Update: renaming dbghelp.dll in the DCS directory did not make a difference. Renaming all the other versions in the windows directory will cause gdrive, nodejs and mysql to not function anymore. At least the one in system32 is still required for our server to function. DCS still shows the same sporadic issue and our server is more down than up as a result ED, we need some help here !
