I have some experience in RL helicopters (AS350, R22) and I have to say, there is no need to 'jump off' a helicopter, espetially in smooth air conditions. As you can see in the enclosed video (1:59) the lift off is performed smoothly with left skid first, which is typical for right turning systems. So no need to 'jump off'. I also beleive that there is something wrong with the Polychop FM. [ame] [/ame]
