So is this patch needed for LoMan 3.3 too? I installed LoMan 3.3 and was trying to put that patch in to it, then I notice that there isn't any "reguired" -folder. Only these 3: Addons, CDDSBrowser and Temp.

About Paypal... As far as I know, You still got to have a credit card if you want to use Paypal. At last it so in here, Finland. But I don't know their policy regarding your country. However, in Simware.com you can pay via bank transfer. Only "but" is that you have to wait till 29.4. :(

I will buy it for sure, if there's VISA payment. If only Paypal, Can't say...maybe.
