Hello guys! Thanks for the feedback. Since I received the H.O.T.A.S. I haven't had those black screens, so I'm guessing I was going to wild on my keyboard and was just generating too many G's. I believe that I ONCE had a red edge appear around my screen and since I was paying better attention that time and had cautions about "Over-G" going off, I presume it must've been that stuff. I've run into a new set of questions since doing a few flights in Multiplayer servers. Mind you this is always with the SU-33 since I don't have any other module and I arm myself with both 27ET and 27ER. I've been trying out the BVR-radar exclusively to "down bogies" but so far I haven't been successful. Not that I expected to be but I've encountered some issues that left me with a new set of questions again. I. With the 27ET I don't get locks but I understood from one of the Grim Reapers-videos that this missile does not lock-on by using the BVR radar. So my question is how do I lock a target with this particular missile? II. When using the 27ER I noticed a lot of pilots use jammers, which is obvious ofcourse. But while being jammed I can not lock (again, logical). How long can someone jam radars and what do I do while being jammed? III. How do I use jammers of my own in a SU-33? The only thing I think I know is that the ECM in the arming-menu are the jammers. If I'm wrong about that, please let me know.

1) what are your pc specs AMD Ryzen 5900X 64GB RAM RX 6900XT 2) dont overstress your airframe. If you keep within the limits, you should not lose any parts. Is there any indication on how not to stress the limits? Or when you are stressing them to the point you have to do something else to save your plane? 3) waypoints for FC3 aircraft can only be placed in the mission editor. Not familiar with the mission editor. If I make waypoints in a mission editor will these carry-over to any Multiplayer server? No, right? 4) chat is enter or LCtrl+enter while radio comms is the key you mentioned. Thank you, I will try that later!

Hello ladies and gentlemen, While I'm awaiting my recently purchased H.O.T.A.S. to being delivered I've made a few testflights with mouse and keyboard, just for fun. The trainingsmissions for the SU-33 to be exact. While taking off and arming my plane are all swell. (Mind you, I have not yet actually fired weapons except the guns), landingprocedures are still a "work in progress" to say the least. During my test flights I have stumbled upon some things that made me wonder what happened and why it is what just happened. And I am hoping some of you might have the answers to my questions that are as follows. 1. On occasion I get a black screen from within the cockpit. When I press the outside view of the plane with F2 it's fine but from within I only see blackness. Does this have anything to do with my as a pilot blacking out or is it a hardware issue I need to fix? Unfortunately I don't have any more feeback on this so this is the only info I have for now. 2. On one occasion my wings blew off the plane. I don't remember exactly what I did but it was at high speed and then just all of a sudden my wings fell off the plane. What is this and how do I prevent this? 3. I noticed the autopilot and that you can order the system to follow a route towards a waypoint. I know how to open the map with F10, but I have no idea on how to actually set a waypoint. How does one do that while in flight? (Or do you have to do this before taking off?) 4. On one occasion I was in a trainingserver on multiplayer. Keeping to myself. (Only flying around, no fighting etc.) I browsed through my controls options but I couldn't find any button/binds for radio contact or a chat. How do you activate a chat/radio comms if at all possible? I did notice that with "\" I could insert simple commands and the likes of that, but that is not what I mean to find with this question. Goodevening ladies & gentlemen, I did a recent test run offline with my SU-33 with keyboard and mouse, made this little short in-flight video, which left me with a few questions. Short test run Question 1: How do I up the detail in of the mirrors? I can't seem to find the setting of the mirrors in the options. Question 2: While in the air the plane wants to tilt to one side all the time. Doing this with a mouse and keyboard; is there a reason why? Question 3: While parked on the runway I open power, close the canopy, open flaps, start up both engines and then I want to go towards the runway to take off. However, my 'Z' and 'X' won't let me turn my plane on the taxiway so I can get to the runway. What gives? Am I doing something very wrong? Question 4: Is there a way to make the Russian lady talk English?

What is "Voice Attack"? I looked it up, looks quite handy. Don't know if Voice Attack will recognize the Dutch language in windows though so I'm on the fence about this one for now..

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, I purchased a module for the SU-33 (Love this jet!) a while back and haven't really got into DCS yet, but thanks to the efforts of a few YouTube influencers I am thinking about getting into it on a casual level. So far I've only been in newbie-servers a few times just to get my airplane in the air and back again. Haven't even gotten into radar yet and the likes of that. I am living in the Netherlands so the choice of joysticks and throttles isn't that broad. Up until now I have been playing with a old Microsoft Sidewinder Joystick (X05-63895) with USB and even though it 'kinda' works it isn't really an optimal solution for me since I don't really have anything to control the throttle/brakes with? What would be good types/models/brands of joysticks and throttles to start with and specially the combination of joysticks/throttles? And what about their connectivity? Is it all USBs? For someone that isn't using VR or headtrackers, is there an alternative to tilt the view from within the cockpit? (PS5 controller perhaps?) I'm looking for something that might be in the max 300 euro price range if that is at all possible for both throttle and joystick? Kind Regards!
