  1. Yes, this is the reason why I in my case did not work, or Ive found many accuracy errors. Thanks Many thanks. Quite interesting!!! Yes finally Im doing what you said after several runs and training. Gracias!!!
  2. Hi Razo+r again, I´ve found difficult do it in an airfield. Every time I do it, following the steps (I guess), when I´m in the AO the MAV Seeker does not aim where the TGP does. Does not match. I´ve to do the boresighting on the fly. Which technique do you follow????
  3. Sounds reasonable! Also for the ECM. So better to put it in SBY pos for TO an Landing
  4. Hi razo+r many thanks for you answers, pretty useful!!!! Yep, if you prefer a quick action perhaps is better the VIS MODE, rather than the PRE mode, more focused to a area recognition. Regarding the calibration, I´ve found it more easy when fliying than in airfield I don´t know why, perhaps Im doing something wrong.
  5. I was wondering if when the manual says "to stow the TGP or the ECM" the meaning is to hide it or so when landing o taking off because affects is some way to this action. Thats my question.
  6. Hi, Which are the keys for “stow” the ECM and the TGPOD during the Landing and Takeoff? thanks
  7. Hello; I have some questions regarding this topic in a cold start: 1.- Is there a manual or a guide to follow? Ive seen some vids but i dont get the point. 2.- How accurate is the calibration? 3.- Where do you do it? Airfield and how? Fliying while traveling to a mission? Which is the best place? 4.- Which firing method is the best? VIS or PRE? BR
  8. I was testing them with the TPOD. And yes they work with the TPOD but they have to lock in MAN mode. Thanks by the way!
  9. What do you mean? Optical H mavs does not have hand off?
  10. Hello, Im trying to hand off this mav version without success. I can do it in PRE MAN mode but not in AUTO. Does it have the handoff functionality? Thanks.
  11. thanks
  12. Hey Guys, I was taking the ILS information from the MAP data Airfield and I´ve realised that there are two data numbers, in example Persian Gulf AL MINHAD AFB has two ILS numbers. Just guessing the meaning of both: 110.75 IMNR and 110.70 IMNW. Which is the one we should use and the meaning of the acronyms? Thanks!!!
  13. Hey guys many thanks! Yes you were right!!!!
  14. Hey guys, After several tries In can hit no target, I don´t know what Im missing. These are the steps Im following for the JSOW Version A: 1) Master Arm on 2) A/G on. 3) Select TOO mode 4) EFUZ Inst 5) JSOW DSPLY QTY 2 for instance selecting the stores where the AGM are 6) MSN: WP DSGNT to obtain the SAM or target coordinates. OR other method like TGPOD 7) TOO UFC HT: around 1000ft that´s in the config of the weapon... Start climbing to obtain range, waiting to be in RNG around 35 to 45 nm... Once in range weapon release... The missile once reaching the target starts to mess around without success.... I dont know... What Im missing?
  15. Thanks man this is pretty much what I was looking for. Thanks! Im on it. Reading, reading and reading. Some schemes like Chunk has provided are more than welcome. Yes you´re right!
  16. Hello every body, I was looking in the forum, but I did not found it, maybe Im so noob. Does anyone have the Thrustmaster HOTAS WARTHOG buttons functionality, I mean in the device manual it has what each button is, but for instance what Im looking for is to know what it specifically does each button. In example the TMS long creates a SPI, TMS after disables it... Is there a map, image or so of the joystick and the throttle buttons. Not binded. Thanks for it.
  17. Thanks for the correction man!!
  18. Yes you were right has to be with the canopy, weird. I dont know the reason. The logic said also you can talk with the ground power even if the canopy is closed, right? I dont know the sense.
  19. Thanks. Ill try and let you know. But I guess the canopy was closed. Yes I was in a blue airfield too.
  20. After several months without flying the A10, Im getting back. For some reason a I cannot contact to the Ground Power to remove the wheel chocks.... It happens to me the same as @Guyamn.... Frequency set as 251 AM, Radio Im using is the central one the ARC-164. Knob in Both and nothing less. MIssion is set to use real comms. what im doing wrong??

  22. thanks. Yes the battery life is other matter to bear in mind. Many thanks to share your thoughts!! I´ll do some tests and share it.
  23. Thanks Topper I´ve seen the Reapers F18 one not the F16. I´ll check it. I was wondering if there is a DCS chart not a military one of someone who has already tested it.... In my tests between 10 and 5 nm the AMRAAM are quite effective, between 20 to 10 not. So Im still thinking about the medium range of this missile....
  24. Many thanks razor I´ll test it. He means that you have to bind those inputs on your stick... usually it is bound to a 4 way switch on the stick..like on the real life jet. Thanks!!!! It helps.
  25. Thanks man! I dont know why but yes... perhaps I did something wrong when organizing the controls... Again thanks for your help...
