Hey I was wondering if you found anything out regarding this issue as I suffer from the same thing.

Can not contact the Ground Crew in several airframes, The F15E and at F14A/B. Cannot contact Ground crew and get no response when trying to rearm and remove wheel chocks. Airfields were marked as friendly when testing.

Sinai Ground doesn't work with Strike Eagle
BorisTGW posted a topic in Controller Questions and Bugs
With Mic on, Radios on, Canopy open, I cannot contact the Ground crew. Performing the same procedure on other maps works, But not on Sinai.
