  1. Is this documented anywhere or do you know the actual numbers (or even just ballpark)? Like what is the upper limit of engine rpms that you can engage the JFS? This all started as I was going defensive and weren't perfect conditions to be working through an engine restart.
  2. When you say too early are you talking about the engine rpm is too high? I was definitely above the mach in my testing and the rpms on that engine were pretty high (~40%). If that's the case, is there a windmill restart procedure without using the JFS? I can't find much on this topic for the F-15E.
  3. I'm no longer able to get any kind of restart going in the air. If I do a split s and cut power to idle while inverted and pulling positive g's (not negative) the right engine will flame out 25-50% of the time. Once this happens, I can no longer get this engine restarted, even with the JFS. The starting sounds also seem to be playing in a loop, with the 26-50+ percent engine rpm sound effect. Spent a good 30 minutes troubleshooting with no luck.
