  1. I can't guess why the nose steering doesn't work. Cycle the paddle shift and it will function again. This is not a critical problem that makes operations impossible. I am attaching a track file to help resolve the issue. [bug] CBU97 Fuze & nose gear steering.trk
  2. CBU-97 was loaded into LC RC and the height value was set to 2600. After setting it to RP SGL/QTY 4, I dropped CBU-97, but two shots flew in the wrong place. When I checked LC RC separately, I found that the fuze value was not properly reflected in LC. To resolve the issue, a track file is attached separately. [bug] CBU97 Fuze & nose gear steering.trk
  3. Observed phenomena: 1. For a simulation of both engine flame out, both engines were cut off at 350 knots/30,000 feet. 2. Following the engine cut off, both Engine RPM and the aircraft's speed decreased. RPM 56% under 3. As Both engine RPM fell below 56%, the Main generator went offline. 4. The Emergency generator operated using engine windmill as the power source (hydraulics, both UTL'). 5. Control of the aircraft was possible using the control stick. 6. Landing gears (LDG) operated normally in UP/DN positions according to the HANDLE position. 7. However, for some reason, the Standby airspeed indicator was stuck at 350 knots. (Q1.) RPM 16% under 8. When Both engine RPM dropped below 16%, the Emergency Generator lacked sufficient hydraulic pressure to operate, and the EMD turned OFF (likely causing all electrical signals to be lost). 9. Control of the aircraft was still possible using the control stick. 10. Due to the loss of electrical signals, the LDGs did not operate according to the HANDLE position. 11. Pulling the Emergency LDG HANDLE downed the LDGs normally. All hydraulic pressure out 12. At reduced aircraft speeds insufficient to generate hydraulic pressure through engine windmill, 13. Control of the aircraft was not possible using the control stick. 14. LDGs did not operate according to the HANDLE position. 15. Pulling the Emergency LDG HANDLE did not down the LDGs. (Q2) Questions: Q1. Is it normal for the Standby airspeed indicator not to operate when Both main generators and the emergency generator are offline? * T.O-1 clearly states that the standby airspeed indicator should function even when the emergency generator is in the ISOLATE state.(It seems like the emergency generator may not have been implemented correctly..) Q2. Is it normal for the LDGs not to deploy when pulling the Emergency LDG HANDLE in a situation where all hydraulics are unavailable? * From what I remember, even when all hydraulics are unavailable, pulling the Emergency LDG HANDLE, which is directly connected to the LDGs through mechanical cables, should 1. Release the LDG Lock by pressure from the JFS Accumulator, and 2. Deploy the LDGs if the speed is not too high to prevent deployment. I believe this is a bug and am posting this question on the bug forum.

    Warning Fuel Low

Suspected Symptoms 1. If the CONF TANK switch is set to STOP TRANS and fuel is reduced from 100% to 60%, the INTL TANK will not receive fuel from the CONF TANK, which may activate the FUEL LOW WARNING (TOTAL 1500±200 LBS or L FEED 540 LBS or R FEED 960 LBS). 2. Once the FUEL LOW WARNING is activated by meeting the conditions, all transfer pumps will operate regardless of their switch positions. 3. The transferred fuel entering the FEED tank will increase its level, which will deactivate the FUEL LOW WARNING. 4. When the FUEL LOW WARNING disappears, the fuel control switch will function properly. 5. However, under normal circumstances, due to the fuel consumption of the two operating engines, the level in the FEED tank will decrease, reactivating the FUEL LOW WARNING. 6. Unless the CONF TANK switch is changed to NORM or STOP REFUEL, the process from 2 to 5 will repeat, resulting in a continuous VOICE WARNING. Solution 1. Change the CONF TANK switch to NORM or STOP REFUEL. 2. Check the level in the FEED tank. 3. Press the VM SILENCE button on the FCP SENSOR panel until the voice warning stops. Below is material scrapped from -1. Please read it. Fuel Control Switches Three fuel control switches, labeled WING (external wing tanks), CTR (centerline tank), and CONF TANK are on the fuel control panel. All three switches have the same three positions identified below. NORM Provides normal transfer and refuel of corresponding tanks. STOP TRANS Stops transfer from corresponding tanks, including automatic external transfer, unless FUEL LOW light is on, in which case fuel will transfer regardless of position of this switch. STOP REFUEL Prevents filling of the tank(s) selected. FUEL LOW Caution A FUEL LOW caution, on the MPD/MPCD display, warns the aircrew of a low fuel level in one or both engine feed tanks. The FUEL LOW caution is completely independent of the fuel quantity indicating system and is controlled by a sensor in each feed tank. The sensor in the right feed tank is located at the 960 pound level and the sensor in the left feed tank is located at the 540 pound level. If either sensor is exposed (regardless of the combined indicated fuel quantity) the FUEL LOW caution will come on, The caution normally comes on at 1500 + 200 pounds total internal fuel remaining. The FUEL LOW caution may come on with more than 1500 pounds of fuel remaining if fuel transfer falls behind engine fuel consumption because of transfer system failure or sustained high speed afterburner usage. The FUEL LOW caution activates automatic transfer of fuel from the CFT’s and external tanks regardless of cockpit fuel switch positions. Transfer will stop as soon as feed tanks refill to the sensor levels and will reactivate when the fuel level again drops below the sensors. FUEL, LOW activation will not turn on the tank 1 or CFT transfer pumps if the slipway switch is in OPEN or ORIDE.

    Warning Fuel Low

Was the Fuel control switch of the CONF TANK in the STOP TRANS position during Defueling?
  6. The button is for rebooting the power of the CC. It's like rebooting a computer when a malfunction occurs and trying again. If a defect occurs in the ARMAMENT system, you can attempt troubleshooting by resetting the CC and PACS. However, the CC RESET button on the F-15E is currently not functioning properly. Turning off the PACS has no effect on the AMARMENT SYSTEM.
  7. Before the last patch, I was able to input coordinates in bulk using the XFER ALL feature. However, after the patch, when I set it to XFER ALL and proceed with the MSN TRANSFER, XFER ALL momentarily changes to WPN. In fact, it only operates as WPN.3 Is this an intended feature?
  8. A/P light does not turn off until the EMER' GEN' S/W is set to ISOLATE. Since the GEN' is OFF, the A/P does not function properly. It seems to be an error in the indication.
  9. When both generator s/w are turned off and EMER' GEN' S/W is set to ISOLATE in flight, the aircraft operates as follows: from -1 Description Emergency Generator Control Switch ISOLATE Restricts the emergency generator to powering the emergency fuel boost pump, the arresting hook and provides power from the emergency/essential 28 volt dc bus to the emergency air refueling switch to open the slipway door. It also provides power to the ground power switch number 1 28 volt de bus for operation of the engine monitor display. All power and intercom are removed from the rear cockpit. In the event of a complete electrical failure, an attempt to restore the emergency generator may be made by cycling the switch to ISOLATE and back to MAN. ---- from -1 E.P EMERGENCY POWER DISTRIBUTION EMERGENCY GENERATOR OPERATING SWITCH IN ISOLATE L GEN OUT & R GEN OUT OPERATIVE EQUIPMENT - AERIAL REFUELING (DEGRADED OPERATION) - ARRESTING HOOK - EMER BST ON CAUTION LIGHT - EMER FUEL BOOST PUMP - EMERGENCY NOSEWHEEL STEERING - ENG AND A/B IGNITION - ENG RPM AND FTIT INDICATIONS - FUEL PRESS AND VENT - STANDBY AIRSPEED - STANDBY ALTIMETER ---- However, the following issues have been identified in the DCS: Problems: 1. EMD should be on but does not turn on. 2. ARRESTING HOOK does not extend. 3. CFT fuel is transferred.
  10. Observed phenomena: 1. On the ground (WOW), pull the EMER LDG while keeping the LDG handle in the DN position. 2. This action causes the NLG/MLG FWD doors to open. 3. Reset the EMER LDG while keeping the LDG handle in the DN position. 4. The NLG/MLG FWD doors then remain open and fixed in that position. 5. These open doors do not close even after restarting the engines, or manipulating the LDG and EMER LDG handles. 6. When taking off and the WOW is off, the MLG FWD door closes, but the NLG FWD door does not. in airborne, push in the EMER LDG handle, set the LDG handle to UP to normal the LDG, and then 7. In the air, with LDG in the UP position, pulling the EMER LDG normally opens the FWD DOOR and lowers the LDG. 8. However, when the EMER LDG is reset, the MLG and FWD door retract normally, but the NLG does not retract and the FWD door does not close. 9. Cycling the LDG handle restores normal operation. Questions: 1. As far as I know, on the ground, if the C/B is closed, EMER LDG is stored, and the LDG handle is in the DN position, shouldn't the FWD doors be closed? 2. In the air, if the EMER LDG handle is used to pull & reset, is it normal that the NLG does not retract and the FWD door does not close? [issue] ldg.trk
  11. start watching from 1:25 Ah, I apologize. After listening to your advice and doing further study, I realized that HUD OBST and OBSTACLE WARNING are different things. Thank you for that. In the future, I will make sure to ask questions first before posting. (However, I'm not sure where this general forum is located...) Therefore, I deliberately tested the OBSTACLE. An OBSTACLE appeared at the top of the HUD FPM and a Voice warning saying "OBSTACLE AHEAD!" was triggered. However, the OBST WARNING LIGHT on the upper right side of the cockpit still does not illuminate. this warning light does not turn on even when I perform a w/c/a light test, but I'm not sure if this is intentional or if there is an issue preventing the light from turning on.
  12. Video is uploading now. upload is complete, you will be able to see it. I'm not sure if it will be properly displayed on the track, so I'm attaching a separate video. When the mouse cursor is placed over the TF Couple s/w, it doesn't show an up/down icon, but just appears as a clickable cross icon. It's just my guess, but it seems like the issue might be that it's simply not clickable. *There's a similar issue where the armament jettison button is obscured by the selector and cannot be clicked. 4YA_Cau_PVE2_V2.73[03_DEC_BKN]-20240122-201543.trk
