I keep getting an "Authorization Failure" error when I try to launch DCS thru Steam. Code is 403. Other Steam games launch without issue. Please help!

I definitely landed on 21R but I might be coming in too fast Idk. What is ST vs MT?

I don't have any mods for the F14 or this campaign. I've tried 6 times now with all varying levels of success on the tasks, I performed the landing to the letter as far as I can tell. I verified the game files on Steam, I updated my graphics driver lol. I'm out of ideas. I'm just going to skip it even tho I hate doing that because I want to continue with this campaign

Hello, I've played thru mission 4 twice now, I've done everything I'm asked to, but it still won't complete after I land back at Nellis and come to a full stop. I've read thru the mission PDF and I don't think I'm missing anything. Is there any way to fix this?
