Here are my latest reshade settings. Things are perfect for me now on my LG C1 OLED. Cleared up problems I was having with seeing the HUD symbology, too! Now, even in bright light, I can still see the HUD really well.

Wow. I Googled "DCS" and "stuttering" and this post came up. Saved me from pulling out what's left of my hair. What a relief. Thank you very much for posting this fix. DCS should send out an email to all on this issue. I'm sure many are suffering in silence.

I used a combo of "Deband" and "FilmGrain" to completely eliminate color banding on my LG C1 65" monitor. Settings attached. The settings highlighted in orange are the ones that apply here.
