Having the same issue, the AI are only attacking the first convoy. I have hit the lead and get the scripted text saying they are going to run in, but then they don't. Last run this happened for 2nd 3rd and 4th convoy

Before 2.9 when the 82xt was programed for FF mode, if one selected target with a flir pod, the timing of the drop was good for a regular dumb bomb. Now it is timing the drop for RET parachute drop even in the bomb is programed for FF. Main reason this is a problem is I'm trying to finish a mission in which the 82XT is already loaded. And the AAA in the area is to thick for low level full burner runs.
