  1. Technically also possible to complete Mission 1, but the landing was very terrifying!
  2. I just started this campaign; seems really enjoyable so far. It took me forever to find the UN Camp in Tyre because, well, see the attached screen shot... I'm guessing maybe there was an update to the Syria map that changed the location of some buildings, or something? EDIT: I just now saw your post about this in "SITREP: September Syria Map Update". Good to know you're already on it. But it's not ENTIRELY true that you can't complete the mission... you just have to be VERY careful on your approach and landing! I'm proud to say that I pulled it off despite today being my very first time flying the UH-1 in DCS!

  3. Yeah it was the lead vehicle in the convoy that you had to attack first. I did it the same each time and eventually it went through. That's good to hear. I hate to sound overly critical because I really like the campaign overall. It has great realism and immersion, and seems really well put together. I just need it to actually work so I can enjoy it.
  4. I tried it again with my burst altitude set a bit higher (2500 instead of default 1800), and this time I killed all four mortars and both trucks, but the mission did not proceed, I still got the comms regarding the wingman attacking, and he still circled endlessly. This is the second mission out of 4 where I have encountered mission-breaking bugs. In the previous mission I had a situation where after destroying the convoy, the radio conversation just stopped abruptly in the middle before the next target was assigned, and after that nothing ever happened. I retried the mission and it happened again, then again and finally got it to proceed. I think I may need to take a break from this campaign until it gets some more fixes. EDIT: Which is a shame, because other than the bugs and random DCS crashes, I'm really enjoying it. EDIT 2: Also, for what it's worth, I have zero mods installed, and disabled all data export things like Tacview, except the export to my WinWing ICP panel.
  5. I've had the same thing happen. My CBU killed both trucks, one mortar, a bunch of infantry, and caused a bunch of secondary explosions. All mortars ceased firing and it looks like everyone at the site is dead or at least not moving. Still the comms say "target not destroyed" and give the option for my wingman to attack, and then, just as you said, he says he's running in and circles forever. Will retry the mission later and hopefully it won't happen again.
  6. Overall I really enjoyed this campaign. Great immersion, realism seems good, missions make sense. Mission length and complexity were right on. I'll definitely buy Part II when it comes out. That said, there were a couple of minor issues that I did notice. Spoilers hidden. Anyway once again this was a great campaign and I'm very happy that I played it. Keep up the great work!
