Very good point, although such is the SaaS world we live in... So many software platforms and games are going this way. My activation didn't even last 20 hours. Logged off at 11pm, logged on at 7pm and was locked out of activations. All we can really do is 'hope' that Eagle Dynamics would make it possible for offline activation to work, should they even intend to disappear on us.
