I had tried the VarjoLabtools, it is very difficult to adjust the mask i added by using the anchor param. can you share how to quick adjust it?

thanks for your answer. i thought it is an option about Mixed Reality(XR) such as Varjo, Varjo use a 3D mask model to mask the virtual with the reality.
