fixed Latest Oculus v63 PTC build crashing DCS when used on Oculus Link

Hey all. So I am one that has been unable to fly in the past few weeks as well and stumbled across something that got me in the air again. Open SteamVR, and once you are in your room there, open DCS. Not my preferred way to play as I cant choose how the game opens (Multi Threading) and I get a slight delay in my sounds for some reason, but it gets me back flying until the fix goes live. I am playing on Windows 11, Oculus Quest 2 V63, Steam Version
