  1. Suggestion: once level and at cruising alt, trim to level flight, let go of stick and keep wings level with rudder pedals only. Bingo! She settles right down and flies straight. What the PROBLEM is that you are experiencing is that you are cross controlling and don't realize it. Thats why the heavy rudder requirements to one side or the other. You either have too much aileron or rudder in one way or the other. Try it with rudder only. The ball will center nicely and you won't even have to touch the ailerons!
  2. The 190 has a high wing loading and powerful elevators. Perfect combination for an accidental high speed stall..which is what you are experiencing in a hard turn. Don't do that! As soon as it starts to buffet, release some back pressure and roll out of the turn.

Flown various military aircraft from both wars. Built and restored several aircraft including WW1 fighters. Fly most weekends and some days during the week. WW2 DCS servers and WW2/WW1 servers IL2.
