What selections should be made in order to be able to activate/release flares and chaff countermeasures?

Can you give me instructions on how to set up some simple missions where I can practice air to air scenarios on easy targets? I need to gain confidence in the A/A procedures.

I just want to practice air to air weaponry. With Jester. How do I set up a scenario where there are some "easy" targets to start with? Thanks.

What does it mean when Jester says "Nails"? Is there a list of terms somewhere?

How do I do a "DCS REPAIR"? Where is it?

How about some steps to fix it? I am not great at this kind of stuff...I can see the block by M/S virus protection calling this a severe threat. I am reluctant to say it is okay for an app to go. So what do I do...seems the protection says to remove or restore... What is "white listing"?
