  2. Hey! Yes, SimHaptic should handle it easily. Since SimHaptic supports sound cards with up to 5.1 channels, spread the shakers as evenly as possible between the two dedicated sound cards and you'll be good.
  3. Hey there! While we are unable to confim the jetseat indeed works with SimHaptic (as we don't own one yet), we do however have a couple of users who reported that it was possible, please check the following thread in the rkApps discord. We do strongly recommend to use U-Shake6 by SRS instead, as it's fully compatible with SimHaptic and also gives you the option to control all bass shakers independetly. If you end up not using SimHaptic as you find it not compatible with your setup and you already purchased it - contact our support, and they will issue you a refund. Thanks! rkApps.
  4. We did try to find a way to do it and we couldn't, that was a few months ago, we will be looking into it again. Thanks.
  5. Hey, the coming update 2.1.0 will include a potential fix for this issue.
  6. Hey, this is by design, since having the bass shaker shake at the same time both of the effects will cause a very strange and strong shaking. Yet, we are going to add a new slider setting per effect, which will allow you to control how the effect "will override" other effects. It will be up to you. Not planned for now, we also tried to contact HF8 company to work together but we never got any reply.
  7. In SimHaptic you can control at what G the shaking will start as well as at what G it will maxed out. As for negative G, currently it won't be felt as strong as positive G. We plan on adding dedicated settings for negative G as well. You are more than welcomed to try SimHaptic for 7 days free and check if firsthand.

  9. Good news, everyone! We just concluded a productive meeting with the ED team, and I'm pleased to share some positive updates. Firstly, I'd like to extend my gratitude to the ED team for their time and understanding. We discovered there had been an email communication issue, which has now been resolved, allowing us to have this important discussion. During the meeting, the ED team thoroughly reviewed DCRealistic and SimHaptic. I'm happy to report that they found no issues with these products, and they are supportive of them being available for use. While this is still in the clarification stage, we expect to receive official confirmation within the next 72 hours. Thank you all for your patience and support as we move forward! rkApps

  11. Absolutely, I'm all in. However, the challenge is getting Eagle Dynamics' attention on this matter. We've submitted multiple support tickets but haven't received a proper response / follow up. Any assistance in finding a solution / contact person would be greatly appreciated.
  12. UPDATE 3: It is now confirmed that SimHaptic and DCRealistic are officially support DCS with ED approval. Thanks ED for their time and cooperation, and thanks all for your patience. UPDATE 2: Good news, everyone! We just concluded a productive meeting with the ED team, and I'm pleased to share some positive updates. UPDATE 1: Hey everyone, thanks so much for your support! Because of this thread and the help of @BIGNEWY, we've been able to connect with ED and are now working on a solution. We'll keep you updated with any news. --- Dear Pilots, DCRealistic We regret to inform you that we must temporarily remove DCRealistic from our store due to a compliance issue with Eagle Dynamics' (ED) End User License Agreement (EULA). According to the EULA, we are not permitted to sell DCRealistic or similar content without explicit permission from ED or becoming an official partner. For the past month, we have made significant efforts to contact ED to seek the necessary permissions. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response. This situation is disheartening, as we have invested considerable time and effort into developing DCRealistic, and we know it has been well-received by the community. For Users Who Have Already Purchased DCRealistic: If you have already purchased DCRealistic, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause. Due to legal requirements, we must ask that you discontinue the use of DCRealistic until we can resolve this issue. We are actively seeking attention and resolution with ED and will keep you informed of any developments. If this issue is not resolved within the next month, we will automatically issue refunds to all customers who purchased the product. SimHaptic We regret to inform you of some necessary changes to our SimHaptic product. This adjustment is required due to a compliance issue with Eagle Dynamics' (ED) End User License Agreement (EULA). According to the EULA, we are not permitted to include support for DCS World in our product without explicit permission from ED or becoming an official partner. Changes to SimHaptic Beginning with the next update, we will be removing DCS support from SimHaptic. We understand this may be disappointing news for some users, especially those who have been enjoying the added immersion in DCS. Please note that SimHaptic was available prior to adding DCS support, and the DCS functionality was provided as a free upgrade. Therefore, users who have already received this upgrade may continue to use the DCS support as it currently stands. If you know anyone from the ED team who may assist in resolving this situation, please let us know. Your support in connecting us with the right individuals would be greatly appreciated. For reference, please see the relevant section of the Eagle Dynamics EULA below: Eagle Dynamics EULA - https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/support/license Best regards, rkApps
