I saw the hot air balloons and the air race courses as decorations. Well, the map is new, and the colorful stuff in it is like packaging and toys. From that perspective, I like it and had to smile. These things, like the ones currently on the EA map, can't possibly be real, or even intended for the final version. (I assume so, also because the placement doesn't take any safety concerns or rules into account.) This is intresting additional information. (Nevertheless I vote for rather adding the spy ballons instead of replacing the hot air ballon models. Thought adding AI for ballooning in hilly terrain and with varying wind directions would probably be a bit complex.)

I wonder if it was an oversight or intentional that the I-16 price is 50% off at DCS, but full price on Steam?

Thank you for these very useful links! Though I first startet by learning P-51D (slower and less dangerous - I thought ) and did my first takeoff with the Su-25T right now - these videos are great and take away my fear of flying with the more complicated ff F-5E!

@VZ_342 @Bucic Thanks for the good tips! As I just saw when checking airfields (to find the right one with a blue hangar) there are also very different seasons. So light green, dark green etc. in the same place And then there are the times of day and the weather! It can look very different each time, great! I'm blown away! That's perhaps too off topic. But the goal now is more than before to learn to fly a jet, e.g. F-5E !

Hello, I would like to fly several of the planes which were where included in FC3, and I do already have the FF models of the other three (the DCS: F-5E Tiger II , F-86F Sabre and MiG-15Bis). Of course I can try the "traditionally" included models and buy (or not) and moreover these are on sale and not too expensive. But alternatvely I could buy the FC 2024 package - which is pretty much more expensive, regarding the fact that i do have some of the planes (the Su 33 too, because i got it with the carrier), but it would make sense if the included planes differ enough or would be much easier to fly, I am a very beginner after all. To find out, I wanted to use the trial feature - alas, no chance, these are excepted from trial it seems. I did read about differences, especially for the F-5e and also wached the YouTube video, nevertheless i am very uncertain, if it would make a difference - some say no, some like to change the planes and fly both alternativly. What shall I do to find out
