  1. I figured it out but I do see the text in game with my VR headset saying Render type F, etc. How do I make that text go away?
  2. Thanks for your super fast answer. So basically run DLSSTweaks from desktop folder, change only the preset setting to F, Save it and thats it? Dont have to run it ever again and can launch game after.
  3. I am a new player and little confused. Do I still need to download and run DLSSTweaksConfig or was it updated by DCS itself and I just need to select "Ultra performance" in DCS? If DLSSTweaksConfig still needs to be ran. Do I run it from desktop or I have to put something in game folder? If so where do I need to put it and does DLSSTweaksConfig need to be ran every single time I launch the game or just once? Thanks for the help in advance
  4. That part is not confusing me I have decent knowledge on how overclocking works and GPU/CPU "lottery". Right now I have Pimax Play installed and thats all. I have figured out some decent settings I seem to have 90 FPS constant with QuadViews / eyetracking and foveated rendering enabled (however you spell that lol). My settings in DCS are pretty much all maxed out. If someone could let me know if this is as good as it gets or I can push even more in terms of quality or optimization. The 90 FPS drops a few frames from time to time but never seen it go lower than 82-85 so far. I would say 80-90% of the time its constant at 90 fps. Are there any Nvidia settings I need to tweak or windows settings ? Monitor res : lowest possible Res. 5. I watched that video it gave me general knowledge but didnt help me with the settings. The VR part is REALLY overwhelming... I have not even gotten to learning the module and settings every button/key to joystick/throttle. I have been trying to figure this out for the last two days. I need someone to help me get the highest FPS/Quality of image with my PC specs. Most of everything I read online I don't understand half the terms.
  6. Yea I used the rubber gasket on both bottom part and top part. I even tightened the ring so hard to the point where I broke the plastic of the ring where the joystick sits and it still ended moving. I ordered 2 of them, so I still have the back up one thats unused but before I mess that one up to, I wanna see if there are any solutions for that problem.. If not I guess ill be stuck playing with the no angle in the grip.
  7. I think I got everything down so far pretty good but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the Q4Rings to not loosen and make the joystick move on its yaw axe... No matter how tight I screw it, it ends up loosing up and moving joystick twists... Any suggestions?
  8. Hello everyone! Brand new player here. Just downloaded DCS, bought the F16 module got a sim pit + WingWing Pedals/throttle/Joystick along a Pimax Crystal (OG not light). I have to say getting into this sim world is quite overwhelming with all the setup of equipment/hardware + settings in game and then learning the module. I am looking for a kind soul that is willing to spare 1-2 hours of their time on screenshare/remote PC and help me set everything up. I am willing to pay for your time. I am just trying to avoid investing 3-4-5 hours to set everything up when I know its prolly a 30 min thing for someone that knows what they are doing. It already took me 6 hours to assemble the sim pit and the WingWing stuff. If someone can help me set up the best settings for my VR headset in game and also windows wise + whatever program I need to make it work. Also would need help to set up the WingWing equipment with proper settings. If you are willing to help me DM me and we can set a time and day at your convinience. PC Specs : RTX 4090 / 14900KF / 64GB ram Thanks in advance, Nik
  9. New player here. Just installed DCS and ordered the wingwing joystick. All of this is a little confusing and overwhelming for me. I am trying to figure out the setup for my VR/DCS/Joystick + learn the F16 module. If a kind soul could tell me the exact setup for the WingWing joystick to make it feel exactly the way it should and get as close to as the RealSim one (won't lie I had a little bit of second thoughts when I started looking online and thought I made a mistake ordering the wingwing instead of the RS one. This thread gave me hope)... How many springs and where, which settings, options, etc? I did read this whole thread twice, I got the little parts 3D printed and they are on their way to me. I also ordered the QR4 rings to give that angle to the joystick. I am a little confused for the rest. Appreciate the help in advance!
