Thanks for the reply.... Just to confirm........ Although Steam VR is running.... I would still be able to run DCS World and not go through Steam to play DCS correct? I've purchased too many jets and helis on DCS world which are not compatible with Steam and surely I don't want to have to re-purchase them again.

Hello All, Trying to find out if we are doing something wrong or if this is a BUG and is there a workaround. This problem is not just happening to me but with 2 other friends I play with. When using the Apache 64 in multiplayer from the PILOTS SEAT, I cannot get George to lock on targets. I have tried to have him lock on Ground targets as well as other Helicopters and jets and I cannot get him to give me a list of targets to select from nor get him to fire at any targets. I usually play Contention server. When I use Apache in Mission Editor or Training or even Single Missions it seems to work ok. As soon as I jump into Multiplayer server I can no longer get it to work. My friends and I have tried to target each other with no luck. We have tried to lock on ground targets by asking George to Slave. George says he is slaving and the targets have been from close to medium range and he will not lock onto any target with the hellfire missles. I KNOW THIS WORKS for some people, because I see players using Apache 64 in Contention Server and I've been shot down in a Helicopter and in a Jet by the Apache with a hellfire missle. Trying to figure out why ? I have tried to search youtube and other links to get answers with no luck. When googling this problem, I find a lot of reddit comments and posts where this has happened to others a while back but none with current dates. Just wondering if there is a work around it or if we are doing something wrong. I'm not doing anything different from way I have george slave on NON-Multiplayer games and he has no problem bringing up targets in BLUE, YELLOW and RED Color for me to decide which one to shoot. My George Commands are Green and ready to fire as well as Master Arm on. This seems to only happen on Multiplayer servers. Again this is happening to 3 of us, not just me. How are some people able to use the apache and successfully lock on targets? I would greatly appreciate any insight or assistance in getting this figured out. Mike

Hello Everyone..... Could someone be kind enough to assist on how to get Bigscreen Beyond VR Goggles to work on DCS World? I have all my jets purchased with DCS world and I do not use STEAM services. How are you guys getting the BigScreen Beyond VR goggles to work? Are you running any other software to make it work with DCS World? Do I just need to install Steam and Steam VR and then launch DCS from my desktop? I really hope someone can share some insight on how to do this please and thank you in advance. Michael

I'm having the same problem. It's defintely NVIDIA APP if your trying to record your game play. Mine locks up then starts to play menu music but I cannot do anything on DCS other than to close app. Once I uninstalled Nvidia APP it started working fine again. Really sucks as I was hoping to record my game play. I'll have to find another source.
