I hope this does not cause a sudden flood of emails from those experiencing problems with PayPal transactions to overwhelm the system, but I originally posted the message "I haven't got a transaction ID".
To cut a long story short, this is the first time I've used PayPal and didn't realise I could find the transaction ID listed in my account detail on the PayPal website and, consequently, couldn't follow the instructions in message "Note from Support". Kind of expected it would have been in the confirmation email received. Anyway, I followed up my posting with an email this morning with the extra info.
I sent this email at 10:30 GMT and received a reply from the LockOn.ru Payment Support by 10:39 GMT. Less than 10 minutes people and my download issue is sorted! Now that's what I call service! :p
I hope those still awaiting resolution of their download issues experience the same speed of service.
