I landed on 21R, rolled to the end and exited right.

Hi, I've flown the Fam Flight twice, and both times I pull off the runway and Jester does the after landing checklist, when he gets to drag chute, I jettison the chute, but the checklist doesn't progress and I fail the mission. I've just decided to skip ahead, but don't want the same thing to happen on following missions. Am I missing something?? I pull off the runway, wait until he says "drag chute" and then jettison. But no checklist progression.

I’m not entirely sure. I haven’t changed anything except to install Germany Cold War and update the game with the latest update. Other than that I haven’t changed anything at all on my computer or in the game. And it does work some of the time, seemingly right after I continually delete FXO and metashaders.

Hey, thanks for the response. I actually have already done exactly that. And actually stayed with the newly created Saved Games folder. The only thing I imported from the old folder was the Input for keybinds. However, soon enough the game started crashing again just as it had before. So it seems the game is creating something in the saved games folder that’s causing itself to crash.

Yeah I’ll play around with that when I get a chance. It only appears the first time I start a mission when I start the game, then it’s gone every other mission I fly. So it’s definitely a bug of some sort, but I’ll see if that’s what’s causing the bug to happen.

I seem to be getting this weird reflected light texture on the front right of the canopy. Weirdly enough, it really only seems to be on the Cold War Germany map AND only the first time I load a mission. If I exit the mission and select "re-fly" the light texture doesn't appear. And it doesn't seem to appear for every other iteration I load, only the first mission I fly after starting the game. I've attached photos.

So a new development I've seemed to discover. It also seems to have issues with my Screen Shots folder. I had initially deleted the folder, but as soon as I had new photos in the folder not even deleting Metashaders and FXO prevented the game from crashing. Then as soon as I deleted the Screen Shots folder, it loaded again. For some reason it seems to really have an issue with my saved games folder after the update or since I installed CWG.

I recently purchased and installed the Cold War Germany map, and ever since then the game will crash when loading on initial start. It either does a simple crash with crash log or my entire Windows restarts. I have tried everything (including repairs) and had my log analyzed and followed all instructions. I have found the only thing that seems to work is deleting my Metashaders and FXO files before EVERY time I start the game, which seems highly irregular. This never used to be an issue and I have a fairly high end system with no issues. I even tried uninstalling the CWG map and it continues to do this. This did start right around the time of the recent Patch Update. dcs.log-20250606-233517.zip
