Solved guys. Thank you for all the support and suggestions. Turns out the wheel on the left side of my new WinWing Orion 2 had been auto bound to the screen contrast and after a little while of flying would kick-in and override the MFD contrast control.
Yeah, I just tested and set the aircraft on AFCS and alt hold. After a few minutes wham, the screen goes bright green.
So strange as this problem seems unique to me. I have searched and seems that some folks get the issue with an exported MFD and multiple monitors but that is not the case for me. I wonder if it's my WinWing throttle causing the issue. I may try to uninstall the module and reinstall to see if that does anything. Very frustrating.
Thanks Kang. Yup, tried the adjustments, but can’t get it even close to normal after it goes bright on me. What is even stranger, it doesn’t start out with the problem, It starts out fine and goes bright after just a couple of minutes of flying.
Hi everyone. I am having an issue with the MFD on the F4E. Starting the program in instant action free flight and airborne with jester on normal scan mode, after a few minutes of flying, the MFD turns an extreme bright green and becomes unreadable (without any input changes from me). I am running a single monitor with NVDA 4080 and winwing Orion 2 Throttle and VKB joystick. I do not have an exported MFD so that is not the issue. Have not had this issue before and would greatly appreciate and help/suggestions.
