  1. No problems with USB as far as I know, my Saitek X36 USB works fine, at least after the official patches All mods you need are at Gotchas site: http://home.planet.nl/~jette073/gotcha/ Both the unofficial patches and the graphic add-ons can be found there Also try to look around the EECH & EEAH forum at SimHQ.com /Axl
  2. I agree, it's much easier controlling both aircraft and helicopters using HOTAS (not that I hit the pad every time in EECH, but that's another story :D ) Not to mention that it's much more fun to fly with HOTAS! I didn't think it mattered as I have had HOTAS for as I've been playing real sims (since I got Flanker 2, and gave up IAF and F-22 lightning :) ). But when I got this "Logitech Extreme 3d pro" thingy with a small throttle and twist handle for my old computer at my dorm, I noticed how much you lose of the feeling of flying. It's not even close to even the X-36 I got at home. The difference between a Logitech or Microsoft joystick and a HOTAS, is almost as evident as the difference between keyboard and a joystick! (No not really, but you get my point) /Axl
  3. Really great games imho I installed them again just a few weeks ago and added a few unofficial add-ons, and I must say I was surprised over the quality of the sim! Both the game itself and the graphic with the new add-ons were really good. But the best thing was, and still is, the dynamic campaign. (Btw it's Apache vs. Havoc and Comanche vs. Hokum) /Axl
  4. It requires the Indeo codec, can be hard to find these days, but should be available from here: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Indeo_Codec.htm You can use a program like AVIcodec to find out what codec a certain movie uses (http://avicodec.duby.info/) /Axl
  5. arghh...nooooo, hi-res skin, pleeeeeaase  It's suprising how fast you get used to fancy graphics...
