Ok, so I have given up on torrent, and am now downloading from the FTP at 307 kB for one file and 43 kB on the second file. Better.

Ok, thx EtherearlN...its just frustrating that after my $60 my download ETA hovers around 2 years... major bummer. Thanks for the help anyhow.

EtherealN, thx... No, not blocked by firewall (its turned off). Not sure if ports are forwared correctly or not. I usually download big files pretty fast, but this IS the first time I have downloaded via torrent. I have random port selection enabled in my torrent software. Any other ideas? I too have seen post where other are downloading fast, so I figured I must be doing something wrong with the torrent thing. P.S. I have a GREEN check mark.

First post here....been trying to download for the last 6 hours on uTorrent...only 2.6% downloaded...I have been averaging about 15.6 kB's...not good at all, and that is with high speed DSL service....:( EDIT: I should add that I have several times were it drops down to below 10.0 kB's...
