  1. Yes, I'd hope this would have been obvious, that this is only experimental and for modding DCS, not doing anything else with ED's intellectual property against their permission.

I've not done anything with this in over a year, because I got myself a job which had me away from home all week. Now I've moved closer to the job I'm planning to get back into DCS soon so hopefully I can find some time to poke this/see if any of the problems can be resolved. No promises though.

    Thanks men very much appreciated.

  2. Hi:

I'm trying to export a model to .edm and this is the error I got:

    Error:Parser error: (string"p=(mapchannel 1=1.-")): 1'(name)'expected near '1' ..node viper-dcs-export-001:layer1 file: .build/x86-64/vc120.release/utils/ngmodel-maxplugins/2012/exporter/edmodelexporter.ccp:525.

If any one know how to fix this please tell me.

    Best Regards

  3. KAB-1500LG and KAB-1500T has in integration progress.

Thanks for the answer, I was hoping to drop some KAB-1500LG to one battery of Strela in the SU-25 Georgian campaign. They give me the nerves!!!!!:joystick:

Also there is no news of new Mig-29 model??? or is still in integration process too???

  4. I would love to see a modern Russian bomber in DCS. The Ty-160 is of course off limits, but I'm wondering if there's enough data on the Ty-22 or early versions of the Ty-95. Hell, even a Ty-16 would be awesome. But we'd need both multicrew and AG radar. Maybe one day...

Why a Tu-160 if off limits??? I don't see any impediment on that. 4 coop or IA for the other crew. And Tu-160 is old plane I'm sure that somewhere on Internet there is a Fly manual. And the Tu-22 and Tu-95 is tha same.

I'm just waiting for the Mig-29SMT or Su-35.

  5. Some long talk you have there. :-)

Nice one!!!:) I was caught by the work.

Mi friend say that he able to do the animation, but in his opinion the model still has some rough edges, and the textures are below DCS standard and as I told you guys he is -10 in texturing. If some one manage to do a rework on textures perhaps he could release the animations. But then again DCS has in plan a Mig-29 module.

    Shinigami Out...

  6. My version? If you are implying why I am not making one... well I never said I am or will or can make one :music_whistling: These guys were making it and if you followed the thread and screenshot you would have seen this model had excellent quality and was/is well worth making DCS module of... that is if they know/can/want to make it.

I was talking not directly of you but to DCS cause you are ED tester, no????

    I was a mere rambling.

  7. Sorry to hear they aren't doing the Cuban camo Shinigami, however keep in mind we have a number of talented texture artists on the ED forums. I'm confident that soon as the paint kit comes out someone is going to do a Cuban skin. Upon release make sure to post a photo of the camo, I'm sure someone will be willing to do it for you.

    Edit:

Found this on a quick search, I'm assuming that this is the camo right? If so, it has a nice color guide on it that might help anyone making textures for the MiG.

Yes men thanks that's the one for the oriental part off the country the other is for Havana and western part and it has the same marking pattern but the camo is different. let me see if I manage to get a picture or paint kit of it.

    Here you have

I cant wait for the airplane to be ready, that's my only reason for buying DCS. I work in a simulation company in Cuba and one of the airplanes that we have is a Mig-21 but I cant take the simulator to my home (I wish I could :megalol:) So I'm hoping to have your's so I can play :pilotfly:
