Wow thanks! Right on the money response. I had hoped it was something solveable like this.

When I set Haze to advanced my system bluescreens with a NV_Disp error... though this is not an nvidia bug per-se. Everything else works perfectly and can be cranked up to the highest settings quite comfortably. This is on a 3.6 gHz machine, freshly formatted, with latest stock Nvidia Drivers. Configuration: 3.6gHz P4 2G Ram 400gb SATA Raid/0 Soltek 865-Pro Motherboard w/Intel Chipset SB Audigy 2 Other programs work fine such as HL2 w/o stuttering, etc. at highest settings and resolutions. Any ideas?
