Hi all,
I've been trying for over a week to get an answer out of ED in regards to my FC running out of activations.
I've provided them with 3 emails asking them politely to provide a new key as it has run out of activations due to a new PC I built. Gave them the transaction details and product key and I haven't got an answer back.
I'm hoping that someone checks these boards and might be able to help.
Sigh, just want to get back to playing FC.
