Good god is it really this tough? I'm ground locking to stabilize it, slewing the cross around the target and it just doesn't lock on easily at all. It takes me about 5 passes to lock once. Is there a trick? It's driving me nuts.

There's some online options I've been looking at. You email the PDF after laying it out and they print and mail. I know Track IR has great rep. I have a question on it and the Freetrack that. On the Track IR, I notice they're up to version 6.0 Is there a reason to get the latest and greatest or would I be amply served by an older and most likely cheaper model? I also have heard of Freetrack (I believe that was it, the free one that uses a webcam) via Arma forums. How does that fair with this game? If anyone has any experience with a head-tracker other than Track IR or Freetrack.. I'd welcome that info.. thanks

I've been thinking about getting TrackIR for a while, or the free generic equivelent that uses only a webcam and is freeware. I believe the "numpad * is what I'm looking for. Thanks :D

I'm having a difficult time with switches. During training he'll tell me to put it on a certain frequency and the only way I can tell that it's in the right position is by clicking once, waiting to see if the training continues, if not..click again, wait. The labeling is too small. I'm fairly certain there has to be different views as at one point he said "The switch is hidden under the throttle so you may have to shift your view position.." How do you shift a view position? thanks for any help

Very nice. That's the great thing about a game with this ones complexities. You'll remember those things, those victories, for years. :D

The installation is a breeze, patches automatically. SP works find. MP isn't working with DCS's server in some form, some type of activation issue.

When I see the screens and video it reminds me EXACTLY like Falcon 4.0 which I loved. Falcon had broken MP that never got patched to work and you could only play IP to IP. When I read the SIM HQ review it mentioned "Multiplayer datalink broken" Seeing how close it looks.. I'm going to assume this isn't a reskinned Falcon 4.0 mod..right? I only ask because the MP datalink is broken.. which would be the same as a Falcon mod. I'm sure its not. But, what is the problem with the MP? Does it work? Is there a functional lobby? Thanks,
