Vsync limits your FPS to 60 max. LCD monitors have a standard refresh rate of 60 or 59Hz (FPS) if you play a game with more than 60 FPS you can get screen tearing which can look quite ugly so Vsynk helps with this isue. Hope this helps

i play under the handle Pyr0. I try to play a couple of times a week. When i do jump online I usually throw a server up. No TS or TARS. But good for up to 6 players.

I'm sure once you get your X52 working properly you will be more than happy with it. I downloaded the following profile which is really good and has 99% of the commands you need so you dont need to touch the keyboard after start up. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=58484
