    AI A10c stops at runway

    Sochi-Adler AP runway problem

     

     

    I'm using DCS World 1.5.3.

     

     

    The problem is, that only AI aircraft landing on the Sochi runway can not use the full length of it. The aircraft stops in the middle of the runway and returns - sharp 180 deg and rolls back - partly over the lawn - and the rwy. The a/c uses way back the 'first' taxi way to get to the airport ramp. Even B-52H and F-16 are doing the same procedure.

    All the other air bases are fine.

     

     

    It seems to me this bug is different. I would appreciate your comments, thank you.

    Defenitely YES! During the Cold War in 1966 the F-105D was present in Europe I guess at Ramstein AB. As far as I know the series was called 'Century Aircraft' which included the F-100, F-102, the F-105D etc.. The two-seaters had SEAD capability. At that time I was very impressed of that a/c – and still are!

    Look for the Southeast Asia War section – at the Wright-Patterson AFB Air Force Museum, Dayton OH, it's a gem for aviators.

     

     

    By the way, I still use your skins of the MiG-25 back in LockOn days. The blue-dark color is now used by the RuAF...

    F-14D WIP

    that is a good way to replace the old F-14A with the more potent F-14D and probably a suitable flight model. I surely hope, that this project will make it for release! I was wondering why ED never mentioned the old F-14A to be replaced by the D model. After a decade starting at 2004 the ED model was never mentioned. A very good skinner was Alexandra back in the old days. She gave this model a higher resolution and I guess about 20 skins. So, we had to live with that...

    Thank you guys for replacing the old F-14A in 2014! She's a real beauty!

    This is bad news for the community.

    Your vehicle mods are authentic in every way, and to be frank, they are the best! About negative comments I guess they might had trouble to install the files in the right folders. It's very sad to hear that. For years you've created one of the finest mods for FC2 and DCS.

    What about the idea to offer parts or the complete pack of the Combined Forces Mod for a reasonable price?

    Think twice...

    I got the same request for two vehicles:

    - the new 1S91 Straight Flash radar and 2P25 Kub TEL, fully animated

    - 8k14 Scud-B launcher, fully animated

    These outstanding vehicles are missing since we have DCSW. We understand, that you're busy with the MiG-23bis, but maybe there is a 'time' to convert the vehicles or the package Combined Forces Mod for DCSW?

    Thanks for the info! I rechecked the https://... homepage and logged in. Now I got a warning from IE 7 that this site is not secure. I continued and the link bar goes red and no padlock on the right side, it says "Certificate Error". I'm not sure if there are different certificates for the Russian market only, made by VeriSign. I mean that wouldn't work out for ED since the majority of LockOn fans - if I'm right -are from western states. If they leave this certificate problem as it is, they probably lose a lot of money.

     

    I mean, after all maybe if Evil Bivol has the time, he could check that out for the community members who would like to purchase the d/l version and get a secure connection with the UK link.

    Anyway, pls let me know if I'm wrong!

    Hi guys,

    I had serious problems by reinstalling the FC-CD. No chance....so, after months of playing Lomac v.1.02, I decided to use the d/l version of a.m. UK link. Well, as soon as I entered the security site https://..., my Internet Explorer 7 gave me several warnings that this site is not secure and the certificate is missing. The link bar changed to red instead of green!

    I'd like to mention that I use Win XP with the latest updates.

    I know that this site must be genuine, since I can log in, but if I must give my credit card numbers to protex and the site has certificate problems I'm certainly not doing it!

    Any suggestions?
