  2. Got it. I made a complete rollback with my backuped files:smilewink: Then i copied the files manually in the folder. Maybe something went wrong before with it. Thanks for your help. It runs like a charm now:joystick::pilotfly:
  3. Ok same result. No cockpit. Here is a screenshot of the problem. I also tried to modify the lua file with 1. MainView = Center 2. Removing the GUI. Didnt changed anything. This is a clean 7 days old install. I am using no mods or somthing similar. This is the first modification.

  5. Thanks for the link. But i have a problem with it. I did the instructions like in the manual described but if I enter the game i have no cockpit. I can see through it to my gun, ladder, wheels etc. I also cant switch from mouselook to mouseclick. i just can look around.   7. Hey, I have a problem with my 2 Monitor Setup for DCS World. I play only the A10 in DCSW and decided to use my second monitor for the MFCDs. I used this thread for the lua file: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=60815&highlight=dual+monitor My monitors: 1. 1600*900 (Cockpit) 2. 1280*1024 (2 MFCDs) So I entered the combined one into the graphics menu: 2880*1024 But when i open the dropdown menu for the lua file, my created one isnt listed. _ = function(p) return p; end; name = _('Test'); Description = 'Two monitor configuration' Viewports = { Center = { x = 0; y = 0; width = 1600; height = 900; viewDx = 0; viewDy = 0; aspect = 1.77; } } LEFT_MFCD = { x = 1600; y = 192; width = 640; height = 640; } RIGHT_MFCD = { x = 2240 y = 192; width = 640; height = 640; } UIMainView = Viewports.CenterI watched 10 times over it and i dont see any problems. I copied this file into the DCS World/Config/MonitorSetup folder. I guess that is the right one. Maybe someone can watch over it and help me.:cry: Regards EDIT: BTW will this method disable the cockpit MFCDs? If not, is this possible with a workaround?

  10. Operation para goli Got a new Mission ready. Still in the testing and balance phase but should be nearly finished soon. If there is a error pls report it. The units that spawn are random, so the difficulty can change. Did a complete rework. Changed alot. I wasnt really happy with it. Will bring the new download and the new briefing up soon. ######################### ############# Operation para goli | MP Coop (max 10) ############# Time: 0600 After a long fight we got Beslan in our hands. The russians are willing to counter attack us. To stop them a little bit, we need to destroy their whole airbase in Mineralnye Vody. The airbase has a pretty good defensive and 6 Su 27 as CAP support to stop any air support from our site. The russians have also Nachik and Mozdok under their control. But we have heard that this 2 airbases have no communication at the moment. So if we attack these airbases they cannot call for support. At every base is a BUK SA 11 stationed. Our SEAD can take them out but we need some your help. Somewhere around Beslan is a radar station stationed. Our Air support will locate them soon. The radar station has communication working with Mineralnye Vody. So if they detect you the Su 27 will come for CAP. The radar actually cant detect any aircraft that flies at a lower altitude then 3000 feet. The radar station will be probably out of range of the BUK SA 11 so you can easily destroy them if you fly low enough. If you attack Mineralnye Vody take out the Su 27 first they will try to start when you will be in sight range. ######################## Task: Your primary target is to take out the hole Mineralnye Airbase and the 6 Su 27. If you can take out the radar station, our SEAD can destroy one of the BUK SA 11 on one of the 2 other Aribases. If yoo clean up one of them too, we can take out the BUK SA 11 in Mineralnye Vody. A convoi will take over the Airbase so that you can rearm and refuell and dont need to go back to Beslan. If you fly higher then 3000 feet with the working radar station the Su 27 will support CAP on the whole area. Our Air support will give you after some Minutes the Coords of the radar station. Be ready to write them down or follow the radar warning. The radar station has BB as sign.   11. Thanks for your reply. Indeed there are many sam's. I have to update this mission. At the end its to annoying. Edit: Done. End of the mission is now easier. I am currently testing out the AFAC with a predator drone. Maybe some people could test my testmission and could report if this worked. The units are spawned random at the beginning. The highest threats are sa/13 strela-10. Remeber just 1 player can contact the afac at the same time. op blitz.miz
  12. I got another question. The Afac is really buggy and it seems that the server crashes quite often with it. Is it possible to send every player the coords directly in the tad with a trigger action? So that the player has not to enter it manually in the cdu.:helpsmilie:
  13. Ok the editor tells me that i can enable eplrs on the Ka-50. But ingame i get no targets send to my tad. :music_whistling: Ok my bad. I will use a F-16 that will work i have tested it more then 1 times:D
  14. Thank you for your quick reply. Too bad the A10C is not compatible with a Ah-64. I will use the Ka-50 for the mission. It is a little bit strange but the Ka-50 has Elprs :huh: Regards
  15. I have a quick question. Why hasnt a us heli like the ah-64d or something similar the the possibility to use elprs? Only the russian ka-50 has this. I would like to use a heli as afac. But the heli should send the coords of the target on the tad because I think there are a lot of people outside who dont know how to enter coords in the cdu. Regards

Ok here my mission text: Situation: German: Operation plueschiges Karnickel Durch den Angriff auf Gaudata durch die Russen und den darauf verlorenen Flughafen, haben die Russen einen strategisch wichtigen Flughafen eingenommen. Wir müssen diesen aufjeden Fall zurueck erobern. Wie die Luftaufklaerung gezeigt hat sind die Russen darauf vorbereitet. Sie haben an den nahgelegenen Flughafen von Sochi-Adler 8 Su-27 Luftkampf Flieger stationiert um einen eventuellen Luftschlag auf Gaudata zu verhindern. Zudem haben sie eine SA 10 dort stationiert um den Luftraum zu sichern. English: Operation plueschiges Karnickel The Russians have attacked Gaudata und have taken the airport of Gaudata under their control. This is a big problem. We must bring the airport back under our control. The aerial reconnaissance has shown that the russians have stationed 8 Su-27 in Sochi-Adler to prevent airstrikes. Additional they have stationed a SA10 to safe the air. TASK: German Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin zuallererst die feindlichen Su-27 mit einen Ueberraschungsangriff zu zerstoeren. Versuchen sie durch den Canyon zu fliegen um der SA10 zu entgehen. Diese koennen sie falls noetig auch zerstoeren. Anschliessend zerstoeren sie jeden Panzer auf dem Flugfeld von Gaudata. Es wurden dort mehrere Panzer und Tor Sam's gesichtet. Danach geleiten sie unseren Convoi sicher nach Gaudata damit dieser den Flughafen zurueck erobern kann.   18. Thanks for your answer GGTharos. Now i understand it. And here another question^^ Sometimes i fire my mavs in force correlate tracking mode for better range. I found out if the range is to long (15nm) that the mavs explode on the 3/4 way even if they could easily fly into the target. Is there a reason for this behaviour?
  19. Thanks for your answers. But now i have another question. Can i fix the problem with the hung store on any guided bomb at all? I think if jdams have a battery then lgb's will have battery, too? What about the battery in a maverick? And why do they use a chemical battery instead, for example a lithium-ion battery? Maybe someone could it explain for me :smilewink:.
  20. Today i got on a server a gbu 38 fail.I tried to reload the station and load the dsms again. Nothing happened. Finally I powered off the station. After a "erased" and then "aln uns" the status went back to "fail". The failure came after a hung store. Is this a bug or is there a way to get the bomb working again in the air? Regards
  21. What problem did you have? Did you have a problem updating the Steam version? The 4 files are for a installation that works without Steam and it doesnt need to be updated it's already the newest version.

  23. It's quite simple. When the update ask for the installation path, choose your dcs folder like C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\dcs a-10c warthog\ I dont know why but the update will add a "new Folder\" to this path, just remove it and voila.
  24. i was able to update my steam version without problems with the 1.1.0.9 patch. Everything works fine for me.
