I now have a very similar problem. I can connect to master server. I can pick a game server from the list and join. The connection window appears then the loading window. At this point, during the day (gmt London), usually nothing further happens, very occasionally I get through and the game completes its load but most of the time it just hangs. However. In the early morning hours (0500), I am able to load and join any game on the master server list. I have changed absolutely nothing. In fact I was away on holiday over Christmas. Computer off and unplugged. The above problem has been with me since my return. Prior to my hols I was on multiplayer 3 or four times a week without a problem (I run a squad and have been flying this sim for years). So has anything else changed? Well 127 was launched in my absence so this may be a factor. Virgin (my ISP(not fibre so usual copper wire speeds)) announced the introduction of new traffic management software designed to limit p to p during the day, so maybe that's it. Other multiplayer games like ARMA and FSX work fine and all my network test show no change from the norm. I could list all my equipment and drivers etc. but, as I have changed absolutely nothing, I see no point. Any Ideas ED. Javelin

Jim and Dee. Although I only knew you for a short time you both made a Lasting impression on me. It is hard to believe that only last summer we were all enjoying each others company at Duxford. Guys. My experience with 121 has been very good. 1. deleted 120 2. did not delete save games 3. did not deactivate 4. installed 121 5. It updated itself straight away and I had a quick fly of su25. All working but frames down. 6. Installed the A10, P51 and Bs2 upgrade. Each requiring activation but it already new my key so all I had to do was press next. No loss of activations !!!! 7. Flew all the aircraft. No requirement to reprogram any contols or keys. 8. Yesterday Auto Updater patched me to 6192 and my frames shot up to better than they have ever been. 9. Even still have my 74th black skin mod !!! Not deleting my saved games folder was a bit of a gamble and it may come back to bite me but I believe the secret to my success was that, appart from my 74th skin mod, I ran everything defult in 120. Thanks Nate. I agree with everything you are saying and the more I fly BS2 the more I like it. I still think its harder to throw around than BS1 with the stabillities on but is now a very stable gun platform which I suppose is what its all about. Cheers

Hi all. Has anyone else noticed a change in the cyclic response in BS2 when compared to BS1. I have noted that the stick is less sensitive. You can test this out yourself by starting on the ground. Stick centered and trim reset. Then without trimming take off and fly as fast as you can. For me my joystick (Warthog) hits the forward stop before Max speed is achieved in level flight When I compared this with BS1 ,using exactly the same technique and aircraft weight etc, I found that the overspeed warning was triggered at about 3/4 forward stick. This was tested with an unmodified profile ie no joystick curve or sensitivity change. As a result BS2 feels overall less responsive for me. Has anyone else noticed the same and is there a fix?
