Maybe they changed it but it was 50% off entire order for me. I did color covers on the manual, but the rest was B&W. I did do a few full color jobs as well, thanks to all the people who post the great doc's here. I printed several of those as well. Quality was great on color images, just OK on B&W (as expected).

I received my printed manual and a few other things from mimeo.com Tuesday. So, yes they will print it. Cheap too!

By the time they get around to printing it most of us who wanted one will have given up and printed it ourselves. I'd say it was a financial mistake on ED's part. Would be an easy profit maker for them I would think. I've waited about as long as I can now and am about to just have it printed. But hey, it's a fantastic game and I'd rather they spend their time writing code anyway. :)
