  3. My fellow airmen, is it possible to let the AI Heli (whatever the type) take off from and land on the parkingplace it stands at missionstart ? A heli with wheels travels the whole way to the beginning of the runway and than take off. Takes sometimes a lot of time !! The same with incoming birds...they align just like a fixedwing and land neatly on the runway to "wheel" the whole way back to a vacant parkingramp. For the record : i am aware that this is possible with FARP's but it is to my knowledge not the aim to place a FARP near an airbase ! Thanks for your time !

  5. Hello out there , I cannot make a group of 2 c-130 of 4 bombers B1B. I must assign a group to a c-130 (or bomber) and it can only contain 1 bird per group ! Is this normal ? This is to my knowledge the same with heavy transportheli's !! Thanks for replying !

  9. So...as i thought...we populate the world...save the world and then use the clones to create treads, advances, attacks,tactics and missions ! Lot of work to do it right...but FABULOUS !! Thanks for your contribution !
  10. Aginor, i know that it works but maybe my question was confusing. I mean is it done ? Do we alter the configuration of the buildings on a certain airbase ? I want to play it as realistic as possible ? In my head the Russians have not yet invaded Georgia and the coalitions is setting up bases and is building up their forces in the country. So the situation can progress toward a war in the region. Would it be better to build bases OUTSIDE the existing airbases ? Thanks for replying !
  11. Adding additional structures to an airbase in the mission editor ? There are detailled maps of the different airbases with all the structures included...so my question ! Is this done or not done ? (e.g. FARP, Hangars, ...)

  15. Is it possible to show (SEE) inactive aircraft (not static) with a triggerfunction or a delayed start on the parkingramp ? In the patch 1.1.0.9 this is mentioned but i am not able to do this because VISIBLE BEFORE START is not an option with airgroups !

  17. Me = newbie I mean 2 F-15's are not a sqn. but i assiged to begin with the two planes to a sqn. that do escorting across the theatre...others will follow. How big is a sqn. anyway ??
  18. It would be nice and less complicated that a unit group could really ESCORT a transporter or bomber if you set the TYPE as ESCORT as it is done now ! The type-option is there...why not the possibility to assign a group unit to the planes that do the escort ? I have created a sqn. of 2 F-15E fighters to escort incoming or outgoing transporters but except the payload they don't automatically ESCORT a unit or group unit in the air. Now you must set a rendez-vous point and then the speed an eta of both groups and that really don't work very good. Correct me if i'm wrong...i'm new here
