Hi, I bought a SpeedLink Black Widow joystick today, as my first joystick. For some reason, I can't get the full range of motion when calibrating the joystick. The input gets cut off way before the actual stick physical limit on both the X and Y axis. There is a dead zone at the axis extremes. It seems to be properly centered. The throttle also works fine. I tried installing the latest drivers, the problem persists. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. Any ideas? Halp.

Very nice. I currently live in Batajnica, Serbia, so I'm glad I can see those two beauties almost every day.
