This has happened to me as well, and only since patch. Now that the CDU takes longer to go through its routine properly, it means more time at idle, and, as mentioned, with rearming, seems to increase the odds of a shut down.
The concept of a strange cross wind shutting the engines down is pretty much a load of bull. The engines will suck air quite nicely even if the wind is coming from the rear in real life.
This is a bug, or a mis implemented 'feature' with engine rpms, or the new CDU airport alignments kicking in during taxiing and landing... apparrently.
Fingers crossed its an easy fix.
