Did you ever find the solution for this issue? A mate of mine was having it as well and I couldn't understand why until we realized that he was not using the "1 screen" option with the aspect ratio forced to match. I don't know what your resolution is but you may want to tinker with the aspect ratio a bit to find the sweet spot. A ratio of 4.8 works perfectly for me. I took a quick screenshot of my video setting tab to show you what I am referring to.
