How to contact your wingman in weapons training mission? when i press alt+ the wingman for f1 is black

Ok thank you for your help i tought it was some bug lol. You helped a lot that trim worked thanks Dusty and Peter. I have a last question is there a way to center the front hud? i see it a bit to the left.

Well i'm still a noob got this simulator since x-mas, all i mean is this was not like this before the last patch, also my front hud is not rly centerd it looks like it is a bit to the left. No i havent trim it. i tought in free flight when u start in air the plane is already set up right.
